Description
This article discusses how and why AWWA developed a program supportedby a partnership of organizations, named the “Partnership for Safe Water”(PSW), and spearheaded research for andultimately backed the development of a programcalled “QualServe.” The article provides a summary of how each program is organized and the benefits that utilities receive from participating in the programs. The article states future goals and how the programs will achieve those goals.
