Description
To evaluate surface water source of supply alternatives effectively for both regulatory scrutiny and for water utility planning requires a rigorous and logically applied approach. The approach also needs to be undertaken in a manner that is sensitive to local political and public policy issues. This paper provides an overview of the process and identifies key issues that need to be addressed. Includes table, figures.
