Description
The question you must ask yourself is, “is video training practical for everyone?” Based on the experience presented in this paper, probably not; however, in medium to large utilities, considerable information can be transferred very economically when compared to the expense of outside training for an entire staff. The use of either general or site specific video training tapes is a practical alternative in an operator training program. Guidelines to be considered when having video tapes produced for you are given.
