Description
The purpose of this paper is to present a performance management system which has been designed specifically for utilities. Topics covered include: system development; system concepts; comparing the system to a balanced score card; performance measurement; case study of three utilities, showing how results correlate directly to the bottom line; and, how to de-modularize the system to measure only the performance of specific components.
