Description
Occasions arise when it is advantageous to use the Palmer-Maloney (P-M) method for algal enumeration. This method is not frequently used in the United States, possibly because a commercial source for the P-M chambers is difficult to locate. The possibility of constructing plastic P-M chambers on site was explored. Includes 13 references, figure.
