Description
In this article, the author spotlights innovative public affairs activities and offers step-by-step instructions for creating a public affairs program. The difference between the terms “public affairs” and “public relations” is addressed, as is the role of education in fostering consumer trust and awareness. Also stressed is the importance of nurturing relations with the media and reaching out to the community. Includes 6 references.
