Pinellas County Utilities (PCU), a large water and wastewater utility onFlorida’s west coast, has always been dedicated to excellence and finding newways to improve effectiveness and stay competitive. A few years ago, PCU saw aneed to improve productivity within the organization. They understood thatincreasing efficiency would require changes in their business processes and useof technology.
